The Bridge loan is in place for 2 years with a year extension option, to allow the borrower to implement their lease up strategy and to refinance once the two buildings are fully stabilized.

Pancho structured a senior loan for the acquisition of a Class A office building in Houston, TX. The office complex is comprised of two separate buildings totaling 122,731 square feet of rentable space. The loan was 5 years, fixed rate deal and non-recourse.
